THE ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE DEPARTMENT

The Kerala Forest Department is headed by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Head of Forest Force).  In the Headquarters, he is assisted by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & Chief Wildlife Warden, and the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Social Forestry).
